摘　　要：进一步强化改革和创新双驱动,塑造经济高质量发展新动能,是新时代新征程从中央到地方都高度重视的战略性问题。西藏自治区党委和政府提出强化改革和创新双驱动,既是为高质量发展塑造新动能,也是推进中国式现代化西藏实践的战略举措。西藏在改革和创新驱动发展方面已经取得明显进步,同时也存在一些困难或短板。西藏要实现高质量发展,需要进一步强化改革和创新双驱动,聚焦培育和发展新质生产力、推进高质量发展和现代化建设目标,不断增强发展新动能塑造发展新优势。The strengthening of the dual drivers of reform and innovation has been proposed by the Party Committee and Government of Xizang Autonomous Region,not only to forge new momentum for high-quality de⁃velopment but also to serve as a strategic move in advancing the practice of Chinese-style modernization in Xi⁃zang.Significant progress has been made by Xizang in driving development through reform and innovation,al⁃though certain challenges and shortcomings still remain.To achieve high-quality development,it is essential for Xizang to further reinforce the dual drivers of reform and innovation,with a focus on cultivating and developing new productive forces,propelling the goals of high-quality development and modernization,and continuously en⁃hancing the creation of new development momentum and advantages.
