摘　　要：党的二十届三中全会关于进一步全面深化改革、推进中国式现代化的战略部署是党的十八届三中全会以来全面深化改革的实践续篇和新征程推进中国式现代化的时代新篇,具有丰厚的哲学底蕴。在理论品格上体现了生动的实践性,在核心价值观上彰显了深刻的人民性,在方法论上展现了鲜明的科学性。深刻认识进一步全面深化改革的哲学底蕴,对于学习与贯彻党的二十届三中全会精神不无裨益。The strategic plans made by the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China for further deepening reform comprehensively to advance Chinese modernization is both a continuation of the practices since the Third Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Party and a new chapter for the promotion of Chinese modernization in the new era.This strategy possesses a rich phil⁃osophical foundation:it demonstrates vivid practicality in its theoretical character,highlights profound peopleoriented values at its core,and exhibits distinct scientific methods.A deep understanding of the philosophical foundation of further deepening reform comprehensively can greatly assist in the studying and implementing of the guiding principles of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Party.
