摘　　要：文章简要阐述北京辛庄村二期安置房项目设计过程。从住区空间规划,建筑单体户型设计以及立面设计、工程技术等方面层层递进进行阐述,打造了一个既延续老镇风貌又符合现代高品质住宅要求,宜居的社区。The article briefly describes the design process of Phase II of Xincun Village relocation housing project in Beijing.It proceeds in a step-by-step manner,starting from the spatial planning of the residential area,the design of individual building units and floor plans,and then moving on to the facade design and engineering technology,to create a community that not only preserves the old town's appearance but also meets the modern high-quality residential requirements and is suitable for living.
