摘　　要：通过济南历下CBD中央广场项目分析,如何解决超高层建筑新要求:高品质环境、极致成本控制、复杂功能组合、运营不确定等;同时超高层项目多牵涉城市旧改,要解决遗留历史问题,也要面对改造需求,实现建筑全生命周求效益最大化。Through the analysis of the Jinan Lixia CBD Central Plaza project,how to solve the new requirements of super high-rise buildings,such as high-quality environment,ultimate cost control,complex functional combination,and uncertain operation,etc;At the same time,many super high-rise projects involve urban redevelopment,and in order to solve the legacy historical problems,we also need to face the demand for renovation and achieve maximum efficiency throughout the entire life cycle of the building.
