从讲好中国故事到提炼中国理论——构建中国哲学社会科学自主知识体系的学术期刊使命  

From Telling China's Stories to Refining China's Theories:Academic Journals'Mission in Constructing an Independent Knowledge System of Chinese Philosophy and Social Sciences

摘　　要：目前,国内某些高校、某些学科的科研实力其实并不弱,但在国内的学术期刊上发表文章不多,而是以在国外的SSCI收录期刊上发表文章为荣。这类发在国外SSCI收录期刊上的文章,大部分只注重讲好故事,不注重提炼理论,顶多套用西方理论解释中国经验,缺乏对中国实践、中国经验的理论提升。对于这类学术导向和评价导向,不应该不加区分地倡导和迎合。中国的学术期刊要旗帜鲜明地引导学者多做接中国地气的学问,引领哲学社会科学研究深入总结新时代全面深化改革的新经验,深刻提炼中国式现代化的新理论,用有思想穿透力和理论说服力、经得起实践检验的创新理论和原创成果,为人类难题、世界议题、全球课题贡献中国智慧。In some Chinese universities and academic disciplines,the research capacity is not weak,yet articles are rarely published in top domestic journals or authoritative periodicals.Instead,these articles are often published in SSCI journals abroad,which are considered prestigious.These articles focus mainly on telling a compelling story rather than refining theories,often merely applying Western theories to explain Chinese experiences,without providing theoretical advancements on Chinese practices or experiences.This academic orientation and evaluation standard should not be blindly advocated or catered to.Chinese academic journals must take a clear stand in guiding scholars to focus on research grounded in China's realities.They should lead philosophical and social science research to summarize the new experiences of comprehensive deepening reforms in the New Era,profoundly refine the new theories of Chinese-style modernization,and contribute innovative theories and original achievements with intellectual depth and theoretical persuasion that stand the test of practical verification,addressing global and human issues.
