摘　　要：党的十八大以来,政治、经济、文化、社会和媒介技术环境的变化带来了新闻业态的再造与重构,也促使中国特色社会主义新闻理论体系不断发展与创新。文章立足新时代历史方位,阐述新时代中国特色社会主义新闻理论体系建构的历史背景、重大意义、实践目标和方法路径。研究认为,新时代中国特色社会主义新闻理论体系的形成,对打破长期以来受西方新闻传播理论体系影响而形成的概念性、框架性的思维藩篱,推动中国特色社会主义新闻学“三大体系”的建设,提升中国文化软实力和国际影响力具有重要意义。必须高度重视理论的基石和支撑作用,系统回答“四个之问”,提供引领中国传媒改革的理论依据和学术支撑,做到“明体达用、体用贯通”,确保党的新闻理论与实践工作始终沿着正确方向和道路前进。Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),changes in the political,economic,cultural,social,and media-technological environments have led to the reshaping and reconstruction of the journalistic landscape,which has also driven the continuous development and innovation of the theoretical system of journalism with Chinese characteristics.This paper,grounded in the historical position of the New Era,elaborates on the historical background,significance,practical goals,and methodological pathways for constructing the theoretical system of journalism with Chinese characteristics in the New Era.The study argues that the formation of this theoretical system should be of great significance in breaking the conceptual and structural barriers shaped by the long-standing influence of Western journalism and communication theories,advancing the construction of the“three major systems”of Chinese journalism,and enhancing China's culture as soft power and its international influence.The theoretical foundation and support should be highly emphasized,systematically answering the“four fundamental questions”,and providing a theoretical basis and practical guidance to lead the reform of Chinese media.The goal is to achieve“clarity in form and application,integration of theory and practice”,ensuring that the Party's journalism theory and practice continue on the correct path.
