摘 要:云要素探测是揭示云内物理过程及作用机理的关键,星载微波云雷达因其可穿透厚云层,采用能量探测、多普勒探测以及圆锥扫描等不同技术,获取云内要素三维微物理参数,在天气预报、气候变化监测、云和降水相互作用机理、气象防灾减灾、人工增雨等方面发挥重要作用。从“十四五”气象规划关于深入开展云降水天气机理研究出发,分析了云要素探测需求,阐述了国内外微波云要素雷达的遥感技术发展,提出了星载微波云要素雷达未来的发展方向。Cloud element detection is the key to reveal the physical process and mechanism of action in clouds.Space-borne microwave cloud radar can penetrate thick clouds and use different technologies such as energy detection,Doppler detection and conical scanning to obtain 3D microphysical parameters of cloud elements,which plays an important role in weather forecasting,climate monitoring,interaction mechanism between clouds and precipitation,disaster prevention and reduction,artificial rainfall enhancement,water cycle and so on.Based on the research on the mechanism of cloud precipitation in the 14th Five-Year Meteorological Development Plan,this paper analyzes the demand for cloud element detection,expounds the development of remote sensing technology of microwave cloud element radar at home and abroad,and puts forward the future development direction of space-borne microwave cloud element radar.
