摘 要:我国卫星的分辨率持续提高,各类空间载荷的观测精度达到世界领先水平。微振动的抑制能力是在轨观测能力的有力保障。本文主要基于被动和主动2种技术途径介绍了微振动控制技术在卫星微振动领域的应用。介绍了微振动对高精度载荷的影响,并对国内外的微振动抑制方法进行了梳理和总结,对经典微振动方法进行了简要介绍,聚焦于新型的微振动控制方法,对被动阻尼器、主动电磁隔振以及非接触式双超平台进行了介绍。最后,对微振动控制的发展作了简短评述。This paper presents the review on the effect and control method of micro-vibration for high-resolution satellite.The micro-vibration control technique is divided into passive and active micro-vibration suppression.The resolution of China's satellites has continued to improve,and the observation accuracy of various space payloads has reached the world's leading level.The ability to suppress micro-vibration is a strong guarantee for the ability of in-orbit observation.Firstly,the effect of micro-vibration on high precision load is introduced.Then,the micro vibration suppression methods at home and abroad are sorted out and summarized,the classic micro vibration methods in the past are briefly introduced,focusing on the new micro vibration control methods,the passive damper,the active electromagnetic vibration isolation and the non-contact dual-super satellite platform are introduced.Finally,the development of micro-vibration control is briefly reviewed.
