短时程脊髓电刺激治疗老年带状疱疹性神经痛研究进展

摘　　要：带状疱疹病毒侵犯神经等组织引起带状疱疹性疼痛,尤其好发于老年人及免疫力低下人群。现有的药物和常规治疗手段,对部分患者的疗效欠佳,严重影响了患者的生活质量。脊髓电刺激作为一种神经调控疗法,具有微创、并发症低和可调节性强等优点,已成为长期控制疼痛的有效手段。本文结合近年来有关脊髓电刺激和带状疱疹性疼痛的文献报道,对短时程脊髓电刺激治疗带状疱疹性神经痛的推荐应用人群、应用时机、临床疗效进行总结,并分析影响脊髓电刺激疗效的因素,供临床参考。Herpes zoster virus invades nerves and other tissues,causing herpes zoster pain,which is particularly prevalent among the elderly and immunocompromised individuals.Current medications and conventional treatments are ineffective for some patients,significantly affecting their quality of life.Spinal cord stimulation(SCS),a neuromodulation therapy,has emerged as an effective long-term pain management strategy due to its minimally invasive nature,low complication rates,and high adjustability.This paper reviews recent literature on SCS and herpes zoster pain,summarizing the recommended patient population,optimal timing of application,and clinical effectiveness of short-term SCS in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia.Additionally,factors influencing the effectiveness of SCS are analyzed to provide reference for clinical practice.
