摘  要:随着高铁列车运行速度不断提高,高铁站台雨棚的结构振动损伤已成为重点关注和亟须解决的问题,高铁站台无柱雨棚的结构健康监测对于确保高铁安全运行具有重要意义。综述雨棚结构振动响应理论模拟的研究现状,对雨棚结构健康监测技术和雨棚振动测量方法进行全面总结;基于雨棚结构振动监测对非接触式感知技术的发展需求,提出一种基于气浮隔振的无柱雨棚视觉测振系统与方法,通过标准振动试验验证系统的测量精度达0.01 mm,并开展了实际工况下高铁站台无柱雨棚振动监测试验,总结分析在高铁列车气动载荷和轮轨力作用下雨棚的振动规律,为无柱雨棚的健康监测提供一种非接触式精准监测手段。With the continuous increase in operation speed of high speed railway trains,the structural vibration damage of high speed railway platform canopies has become a key concern and an urgent problem to be solved.The structural health monitoring of column-free canopies on high speed railway platforms is of great significance for ensuring the safe operation of high speed railway.This paper reviews the research status of vibration response theory simulation for canopy structure,and comprehensively summarizes the health monitoring technology and vibration measurement method.Based on the development demand of non-contact sensing technology for vibration monitoring of canopy structure,this paper proposes a visual vibration measurement system and method for column-free canopy based on air-floating vibration isolation.It verifies the measurement accuracy of the system through standard vibration tests,and conducts vibration monitoring tests of column-free canopies on high speed railway platforms under actual working conditions to summarize and analyze the vibration law of canopies under the action of aerodynamic load and wheel-rail force of high speed railway trains,providing a non-contact accurate monitoring means for health monitoring of column-free canopies.
