摘 要:随着工业技术的发展,轨道交通车辆门产品功能增多、规模增大,应用环境更加复杂、多元化。目前,轨道交通行业仍未有完善的可靠性增长管理方法。针对轨道交通车辆门产品,探索一套可复制推广的可靠性增长管理新模式,通过可靠性设计分析方法,结合前期产品故障经验,识别产品设计薄弱点;有针对性地策划故障激发试验,加快可靠性增长管理方法研究;基于FRACAS故障数据进行可靠性监控,对产品进行不断优化迭代,实现门产品在全生命期间可靠性持续增长的目的。该研究可为轨道交通车辆装备相关管理提供参考。With the development of industrial technology,the functions and scale of door products of rail transit vehicles have increased,and the operating environment has become more complex and diversified.At present,there is still no sound reliability growth management method in the rail transit industry.This paper explores a new replicable reliability growth management mode for door products of rail transit vehicles.Based on reliability design analysis methods and previous product failure experience,weaknesses in product design are identified.Targeted failure stimulation tests are planned to accelerate the reliability growth process.Reliability monitoring has been carried out based on FRACAS failure data to continuously optimize and iterate the products,so as to achieve sustained reliability growth of the door products throughout the entire life cycle.This study provides a reference for the management of rail transit vehicle equipment.
