摘　　要：铁路运输调度安全是保障铁路运输生产效率的基础,为高效进行安全隐患排查与处置,提出基于案例推理的铁路运输调度安全隐患排查处置方法。首先对铁路运输调度隐患涉及的各类属性进行梳理分析,提出安全隐患案例表示方法;然后结合安全隐患属性信息特征,基于AHP层次分析法确定各项属性权重值,建立目标隐患案例与案例库中源隐患案例的相似度计算方法;再通过设置相似度阈值,甄选相似案例并获取案例的处置措施;最后基于上述方法,对比源隐患案例与目标隐患案例相似度,决定采取相似案例的处置措施或者重新设计处置措施,并给出基于案例推理的铁路运输调度安全隐患处置措施流程。以某次非正常情况下调度应急处置案例为例,进行铁路运输调度安全隐患案例示例分析,验证了提出方法具有可行性。The railway traffic control safety is fundamental to ensuring the efficiency of railway transport operations.To effectively identify and address safety hazards,this paper proposes a method based on case reasoning.This paper first analyzes the various attributes related to safety hazards in railway traffic control and proposes a representation method for safety hazard cases.Next,it combines the characteristic information of safety hazard attributes and uses the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to determine the weight values of each attribute and establishes a similarity calculation method between target hazard cases and source hazard cases in the case library.Following this,by setting a similarity threshold,it selects similar cases and obtains corresponding measures.Finally,based on the aforementioned methods,this paper compares the similarity between source hazard cases and target hazard cases to decide whether to adopt the measures of similar cases or redesign the measures and provides a process flow for addressing safety hazards in railway traffic control based on case reasoning.Taking a dispatching emergency response case under abnormal conditions as an example,this paper analyzes the safety hazard cases of railway traffic control and verifies the feasibility of the proposed method.
