摘　　要：卡夫卡的《乡村医生》以其独特的文本分析价值著称,其通过叙述视角、空间急迫感和人物关系错位构建内在张力。固定式人物的有限视角使叙述者通过医生的视角揭示其与环境的紧张关系及恐惧心理。空间转换的快节奏反映叙述的急迫感,强化了文本张力。人物关系错位中的矛盾与冲突展示医生在社会结构中的无力感和荒诞性。这些元素共同形成多重叙述张力,模糊了梦幻与现实的界限,体现了卡夫卡作品的哲学色彩及其对现代主义文学的贡献。Kafka’s A Country Doctor is known for its unique value of textual analysis,which builds inherent tension through narrative perspective,sense of spatial urgency,and dislocated character relationships.The fixed character’s limited perspective enables the narrator to reveal his tension with the environment and his fear through the doctor’s point of view.The fast pace of spatial transition reflects the urgency of the narrative and strengthens the textual tension.The contradictions and conflicts in the dislocated character relationships demonstrate the doctor’s powerlessness and absurdity in the social structure.These elements together form multiple narrative tensions,blurring the boundaries between fantasy and reality,reflecting the philosophy underlying Kafka’s work and his contribution to modernist literature.
