摘 要:文章以某水电站为例,结合压力-状态-响应(prressure-state-response, PSR)模型和二元语义组评估法,分析了水电站集控管理中面临的风险因素。基于历史数据、监测系统和现场勘察,分别对设备老化、洪水与滑坡等风险进行量化分析。评估结果表明,自然灾害风险对水电站安全运行构成的威胁最显著,设备老化与故障次之。在此基础上提出了加强设备监测、建立应急响应机制及完善安全管理制度等具体的预防措施,旨在为水电站管理提供技术参考。Taking a hydropower station as an example,this paper analyzes the risk factors in the centralized control management of hydropower station by combining the pressure-state-response(PSR)model and the binary semantic group assessment method.Based on historical data,monitoring system and field investigation,the risks of equipment aging,fl ood and landslide are quantitatively analyzed.The assessment results show that the risk of natural disasters poses the most significant threat to the safe operation of hydropower stations,followed by equipment aging and failure.On this basis,specifi c preventive measures such as strengthening equipment monitoring,establishing emergency response mechanism and improving safety management system are proposed to provide technical reference for hydropower station management.
