大直径钢顶管止退装置设置及实施效果分析

摘  要:顶管在顶进初期对接管节时,需要暂停主顶施力,易发生后退现象,如果不采取有效措施,将造成掌子面失稳及土体变形沉降。以往对顶管采取的传统剪力销或支撑杆形式的止退系统灵活性较差,而自锁式液压千斤顶止退装置虽然灵活性好,但存在破坏钢顶管防腐层、造成管壁变形、留下孔洞等不利因素。对此,文章基于郑开同城东部供水工程贾鲁河南至龙湖水厂输水管线工程,对顶管后退力、止退装置反力、需止退长度等进行了计算,验算了止退装置设置的合理性。顶管始发阶段施工安全可控,未对周边环境产生明显影响,研究内容可为类似钢顶管工程提供有益参考。In the early stage of pipe jacking,it is necessary to suspend the main jacking force,which is prone to retreat.If effective measures are not taken,it will cause the instability of the tunnel face and the deformation and settlement of the soil.In the past,the anti-retreat system in the form of traditional shear pin or support rod adopted for pipe jacking has poor fl exibility,and the self-locking hydraulic jack anti-retreat device has good fl exibility,but there are still unfavorable factors such as destroying the anti-corrosive coating of steel jacking pipe,causing deformation of pipe wall and leaving holes.In this regard,based on the water transmission pipeline engineering from the south of Jialu River to Longhu Water Plant of water supply engineering in the eastern part of Zhengkai city,this paper calculates the retreat force of the pipe jacking,the reaction force of the anti-retreat device,and the anti-retreat length needed,and checks the rationality of the setting of the anti-retreat device.The construction of the launching stage of pipe jacking is safe and controllable,and has no obvious influence on the surrounding environment.The research content can provide a useful reference for similar steel pipe jacking engineering.
