摘 要:文章基于超声波单面平测法,研究混凝土结构斜裂缝的无损检测技术。通过选取桥梁关键受力区域的5个测点,检测裂缝的深度、倾角及反射振幅,分析超声波反射信号特征及与裂缝形态的关系,验证了超声波单面平测法在不同裂缝条件下的识别精度和适用性。研究结果表明,其裂缝深度检测精度在93.0%以上,最高检测精度为96.2%,并且裂缝倾角与反射信号的振幅存在显著关联。研究结果为超声波检测在混凝土结构裂缝识别中的应用提供了技术支持和理论依据。Based on the ultrasonic single-sided flat test method,this paper studies the non-destructive testing technology of diagonal cracks in concrete structures.By selecting fi ve measuring points in the key stress area of the bridge,the depth,inclination angle and refl ection amplitude of the cracks are detected,and the characteristics of the ultrasonic refl ection signal and its relationship with the crack shape are analyzed.The recognition accuracy and applicability of the ultrasonic single-sided fl at test method under different crack conditions are verified.The results show that the detection accuracy of crack depth is more than 93.0%,the highest detection accuracy is 96.2%,and there is a signifi cant correlation between the crack inclination angle and the amplitude of the refl ection signal.The research results provide technical support and theoretical basis for the application of ultrasonic detection in concrete structure crack identifi cation.
