摘  要:较多沥青路面建成时间长,已出现各种路面病害,如纵横缝、坑洞、车辙、凹陷。基于此,文章提出旧沥青路面就地冷再生水泥稳定碎石基层施工技术。首先,在施工前做好设备材料准备工作,进行施工放样及原路面评价。其次,在此基础上做好原道路处理工作,摊铺新骨料,摆放和撒布水泥,冷再生机铣刨与拌和,规范进行碾压作业。最后,做好路面检测及养护工作。检测结果表明,新沥青路面各项结果均符合设计要求和规范标准,有效解决了原有路面病害问题,延长了路面寿命,该技术具有实际应用价值。Many asphalt pavements have been built for a long time,and various pavement diseases have appeared,such as longitudinal and transverse joints,potholes,ruts and depressions.Based on this,this paper puts forward the construction technology of cold in-place recycling cement-stabilized macadam base for old asphalt pavement.First of all,do a good job in the preparation of equipment and materials before construction,carry out construction lofting and original pavement evaluation.Secondly,on this basis,do a good job in the original road treatment,new aggregate paving,cement placing and spreading,milling and mixing by cold recycling machine,and standardized rolling operation.Finally,do a good job in pavement detection and maintenance.The detection results show that the results of the new asphalt pavement meet the design requirements and specifi cations,which effectively solves the original pavement disease problem and prolongs the pavement life,and the technology has practical application value.
