摘 要:文章采用桥梁吊装与支架法基本原理,结合梅山特大桥63#及64#墩现场施工工况,提出在既有线路上方进行钢箱梁顶推施工的方案,并分析了施工工艺流程及施工注意事项。工程实践表明,综合运用分片吊装现场焊接、抗倾覆验算、监控量测等手段,能够有效解决场地受限、长大距离悬挑导致发生倾覆及营业线行车事故等问题,相应的施工工艺和管控措施可供类似工程参考。Based on the basic principle of bridge hoisting and support method,combined with the site construction conditions of 63#and 64#piers of Meishan Grand Bridge,this paper puts forward the scheme of carrying out incremental launching construction of steel box girder above the existing line,and analyzes the construction process and construction precautions.The engineering practice shows that the comprehensive use of segmental hoisting,onsite welding,anti-overturning checking,monitoring and measurement and other means can effectively solve the problems of site limitation,overturn caused by long-distance overhang and traffi c accidents on business lines.The corresponding construction technology and control measures can be used as reference for similar engineering.
