摘 要:近年来,我国铁路工程建设快速发展,对无砟轨道建筑技术的要求越来越高。在实际建造过程中,无砟轨道面临较多的施工难题,如刚度控制、沉降控制、线性控制等。基于此,文章以CRTSⅠ型双块式无砟轨道板施工技术为研究对象,从CPⅢ控制网测设、测量放线、底层钢筋安装、轨排组装调节等方面着手,分析了CRTSⅠ型双块式无砟轨道板施工关键技术,从施工精度控制调整层面出发,提出了施工精度检测方法,旨在为总体施工技术提供改进方向。In recent years,with the rapid development of railway engineering construction in China,the requirements for ballastless track construction technology are getting higher and higher.In the actual construction process,the ballastless track faces many construction problems,such as stiffness control,settlement control,linear control and so on.Based on this,this paper takes the construction technology of CRTSⅠdouble-block ballastless track slab as the research object,analyzes the key construction technology of CRTSⅠdouble-block ballastless track slab from the aspects of CPIII control network measurement set,measurement and staking,bottom reinforcement installation,track panel assembly and adjustment,and proposes the construction accuracy detection method from the level of construction accuracy control and adjustment,which aims to provide improvement direction for the overall construction technology.
