高岭土矿崩落法转充填法采矿技术分析

摘  要:高岭土矿是我国矿产资源中较为特殊的类型,由于大多数高岭土矿开采年限较为久远,因此面临着采矿效率低、劳动强度大等问题,现有的崩落法采矿存在一定的局限,应不断探寻从崩落法转向充填法的采矿工艺。文章以某高岭土矿为例,分析该矿山的基本现状,通过对比不同的充填采矿技术,选定了下向进路充填法采矿工艺,并将其应用到该矿山的后续开采中。实践结果表明,应用充填法采矿工艺不仅降低了采矿难度,还降低了劳动强度,提高了生产效率。Kaolin mine is a special type of mineral resources in China.Since most kaolin mines have been mined for a long time,they are faced with problems such as low mining effi ciency and high labor intensity.The existing caving mining method has certain limitations,and the mining technology transformation from caving method to fi lling method should be continuously explored.Taking a kaolin mine as an example,this paper analyzes the basic status of the mine,selects downward drift filling mining technology by comparing different fi lling mining technologies,and applies it to the subsequent mining of the mine.The practice results show that the application of filling mining technology not only reduces the mining diffi culty,but also reduces the labor intensity and improves the production effi ciency.
