火电厂汽轮机ETS设计存在的缺陷及改进措施研究

摘  要:某电厂(4×300)MW机组的紧急跳闸系统(emergency trip system, ETS)原采用莫迪康可编程逻辑控制器,运行已超过10 a,存在一定的安全隐患。由于3#机组的ETS原有设备老化、故障率高、备品备件采购困难且价格昂贵,为了提高系统的可靠性和安全性,对3#机组的ETS进行改造。改造方案选择考虑了系统的稳定性、可靠性及与现有分布式控制系统的兼容性。改造后的效果表现为提高了ETS的可靠性,降低了误动作风险,同时也增强了维护的便捷性和经济性。通过采取这些措施,确保了火电厂汽轮机安全稳定运行,降低了潜在的停机风险,提高了经济效益。The Emergency Trip System(ETS)of a(4×300)MW unit in a power plant is originally equipped with Modicon programmable logic controller,which has been running for more than 10 years,and there are some potential safety hazards.Due to the aging of the original equipment,the high failure rate,the diffi culty in purchasing spare parts and the high price of ETS of 3#unit,in order to improve the reliability and safety of the system,the ETS of 3#unit is transformed.The stability,reliability and compatibility with the existing distributed control system are considered in the selection of the transformation scheme.After the transformation,the reliability of ETS is improved,the risk of misoperation is reduced,and the convenience and economy of maintenance are enhanced.By taking these measures,the safe and stable operation of steam turbines in thermal power plants is ensured,the potential shutdown risk is reduced,and the economic benefi ts are improved.
