摘　　要：换填法作为建筑工程地基加固处理中常用的施工技术方法,具有应用范围广、适应性强、操作便捷、成本低等显著优势,加强对换填法的研究和应用有助于提高建筑工程地基加固施工作业的效率,保证地基承载力和耐久性符合要求。文章分析了建筑工程换填法地基加固施工技术要点,明确了基坑开挖、垫层铺筑、垫层碾压、接缝处理等关键环节的操作要点,并提出了换填法地基加固施工技术的具体应用策略,旨在发挥换填法的应用优势,提升地基承载力,防止地基不均匀沉降。As a commonly used construction technology method in foundation reinforcement in building engineering,replacement method has the advantages such as wide application range,strong adaptability,convenient operation and low cost.Strengthening the research and application of replacement method is helpful to improve the effi ciency of foundation reinforcement construction in building engineering and ensure that the bearing capacity and durability of foundation meet the requirements.This paper analyzes the key points of foundation reinforcement construction technology of replacement method in building engineering,clarifi es the key operation points of key links such as foundation pit excavation,bed course paving,bed course rolling and joint treatment,and puts forward the specific application strategy of foundation reinforcement construction technology of replacement method,aiming at giving full play to the application advantages of replacement method,improving the bearing capacity of foundation and preventing uneven settlement of foundation.
