摘　　要：文章分析了现代房屋建筑工程地基基础施工问题,介绍了常见的几种地基基础施工技术,如强夯法施工技术、换填法施工技术、搅拌桩技术、预制管桩施工技术及钻孔灌注桩施工技术,并提出了地基基础施工质量控制措施,包括做好地质勘查工作、增强施工技术的科学性、严格管理地基施工材料,旨在为改善现代房屋建筑工程地基基础结构奠定良好的理论基础。This paper analyzes the foundation construction problems in modern housing building engineering,introduces several common foundation construction technologies,such as dynamic compaction construction technology,replacement construction technology,mixing pile technology,prefabricated pipe pile construction technology and bored pile construction technology,and puts forward quality control measures of foundation construction,including doing a good job in geological survey,enhancing the scientifi c nature of construction technology,and strictly managing foundation construction materials,aiming to lay a good theoretical foundation for improving the foundation structure of modern housing building engineering.
