高层建筑物结构改造碳纤维粘贴加固施工技术研究

摘　　要：随着我国城市建筑的不断增加,在土地不足的情况下,为满足环境保护要求,多采取旧房加固改造技术,基于此,文章提出高层建筑物结构改造碳纤维粘贴加固施工技术。首先,做好施工准备工作,熟悉设计图纸和理解设计意图,做好施工放样,准备好碳纤维加固材料及胶黏剂。然后,做好混凝土结构面基层处理,使用找平胶找平,刷底胶,进行碳纤维布粘贴,抹水泥砂浆防护层。最后,进行质量检验与验收。检验结果表明,案例工程的碳纤维粘贴加固施工质量符合设计要求,碳纤维加固粘贴施工技术具有应用价值。With the continuous increase of urban buildings in China,in the case of insuffi cient land,in order to meet the requirements of environmental protection,the old house reinforcement and reconstruction technology is often adopted.Based on this,this paper puts forward the carbon fi ber bonding reinforcement construction technology for high-rise building structural reconstruction.First of all,do a good job in construction preparation work,be familiar with the design drawings and understand the design intent,do a good job in construction lofting,and prepare carbon fi ber reinforcement materials and adhesives.Then,do a good job in concrete structural surface base treatment,use leveling compound for leveling,brush primer,carry out carbon fi ber cloth bonding,and plaster cement mortar protective layer.Finally,carry out quality inspection and acceptance.The inspection results show that the construction quality of the carbon fi ber bonding reinforcement in the case engineering meets the design requirements,and the carbon fi ber reinforcement bonding construction technology has application value.
