摘  要:文章针对弧形顶板的几何特性和荷载的非线性分布,分析了模架结构的设计要求和荷载规范,明确了各构件的受力特点,通过对模板、龙骨、主龙骨与立杆进行受力验算,确保模架在施工和使用阶段具有足够的承载能力和稳定性。同时,深入分析了施工过程中模架搭设、支撑系统构建、混凝土浇筑及模架拆除等关键技术,结合实际工况,提供了一套有效的技术解决方案,以期提高弧形顶板的施工质量和效率。In view of the geometric characteristics of the arc-shaped roof slab and the nonlinear distribution of the load,this paper analyzes the design requirements and load specifications of the mold frame structure,clarifies the force characteristics of each component,and ensures that the mold frame has sufficient bearing capacity and stability in the construction and use phases through the force checking calculation of the formwork,keel,main keel and upright rod.At the same time,the key technologies such as mold frame erection,support system construction,concrete pouring and mold frame demolition in the construction process are deeply analyzed,and a set of effective technical solutions are provided combined with the actual working conditions,in order to improve the construction quality and effi ciency of the arc-shaped roof slabs.
