摘　　要：为保证预制装配式建筑的施工质量,防止出现安全事故,文章分析了装配式建筑的特点,从平板制作、构件连接、外墙渗漏等方面着手,分析了装配式建筑施工常见质量问题,并采用问卷法,对某地区装配式建筑的安全隐患和安全问题进行调查,随后提出了装配式建筑施工质量问题和安全问题的防治措施,研究成果可为类似装配式项目施工提供参考。In order to ensure the construction quality of prefabricated buildings and prevent safety accidents,this paper analyzes the characteristics of prefabricated buildings,and analyzes common quality problems in prefabricated building construction from the aspects of flat plate production,component connection and exterior wall leakage.The questionnaire method is used to investigate the safety hazards and safety problems of prefabricated buildings in a certain area,and then the prevention and control measures for the quality problems and safety problems of prefabricated buildings are put forward.The research results can provide reference for the construction of similar prefabricated projects.
