摘  要:技术归零方法是融合系统工程思维和闭环管理理念形成的一种方法,它可以有效地分析装备故障的根本原因,从而提出合理的故障解决措施,真正实现了“对症下药、治标治本”,在装备质量问题处理和装备保障方面发挥了重要的作用。通过研究膜盘联轴器连接螺母出现裂纹的故障问题,采用技术归零方法对其进行深入分析,准确定位故障原因,并通过问题复现的方式进行确认,而后根据具体故障原因提出相应的优化改进措施,并经相关试验验证了措施的合理和有效性,最后通过举一反三,将改进技术应用到同类产品上,避免问题重复发生。The technology zeroing method is a method formed by integrating systems engineering thinking and closed-loop management concepts.It can be used to effectively analyze the root causes of equipment failures,propose reasonable solutions to faults,and truly achieve“targeted treatment,symptomatic treatment”,so it plays an important role in handling equipment quality problems and equipment support.By studying the fault problem of the crack of the connecting nut of the diaphragm disc coupling,the technical zeroing method is used to analyze it deeply,the fault cause is accurately located,and the problem is confirmed by the way of recurrence.Then,according to the specific fault causes,the corresponding optimization and improvement measures are proposed,and the relevant tests prove that the measures are reasonable and effective.Finally,by drawing a case by case,the improvement technology is applied to similar products to avoid the recurrence of problems.
