摘  要:发动机每飞行小时直接维修工时是指发动机的维修工时总数与飞机的飞行小时数之比,是度量航空发动机直接使用人力成本的参数,也是反映其经济性指标的主要参数之一。航空发动机的每飞行小时直接维修工时与发动机的可靠性、维修性、保障性设计等密切相关,国内外航空发动机的研制过程中,均将每飞行小时直接维修工时作为一项主要的设计参数。因此,提出了一种航空发动机每飞行小时直接维修工时指标预计方法。通过提前对指标进行预计和优化,可以有效避免出现发动机交付部队使用后指标评估值不达标同时在使用阶段进行设计改进成本又高的困境。The direct maintenance hours per flight hour of an engine refers to the ratio of the total maintenance hours of the engine to the flight hours of the aircraft.It is a parameter that measures the direct labor cost of aircraft engines,and is also one of the main parameters reflecting their economic performance.The direct maintenance hours per flight hour of aircraft engines are closely related to the reliability,maintainability,and supportive design of the engines.During the development process of aircraft engines both domestically and internationally,the direct maintenance hours per flight hour is considered as a major design parameter.Therefore,a predication method of direct maintenance time index per flight hour of aircraft engines is proposed.By predicting and optimizing the indicators in advance,it can effectively avoid the dilemma that the index evaluation value is not up to standard after the engine is delivered to the army and the cost of design improvement is high in the use stage.
