摘 要:利用多孔介质模型和FLUENT软件对千吨级低温多效海水淡化试验装置的某一效蒸发器壳侧流场进行模拟,获得了蒸汽横掠管束流动的流速分布。研究了蒸发器结构、蒸发温度以及蒸发量对蒸汽流动的影响,发现蒸汽绕流管束,会导致管束边缘局部蒸汽横掠流速增大,使流致振动频率范围接近换热管固有频率,影响换热管安全。研究结果表明:采用多孔介质模型可以极大地简化蒸发器壳侧蒸汽流场计算,实现对大型蒸发器的整体模拟仿真,为优化蒸发器设计,避免换热管束流致共振提供理论指导。The porous media model and Fluent software were used to simulate the flow field on the shell side of the 1000-ton low-temperature multi-effect seawater desalination evaporator,and the velocity distribution of steam flowing across tube bundled was obtained.The influence of the evaporator structure,evaporation temperature and the evaporation rate on the steam flow was analyzed.It was found that the steam flowing around the tube bundle would cause the local steam traverse velocity to increase at the edge of the tube bundle,making the flow-induced vibration frequency range close to the natural frequency of the heat transfer tube,and affecting the safety of seawater desalination evaporator.The research results show that the porous media model can greatly simplify the calculation of the steam flow field at the shell side of the evaporator and realize the overall simulation of the large evaporator,which can provide guidance for evaporator design to avoid resonance of heat transfer tubes.
