摘 要:为提高计算效率及解决不收敛的问题,文中针对盾构机主轴承的结构特点提出了一种弹簧代替滚子的有限元接触性能计算方法,采用全弹簧代替滚子建立盾构机主轴承有限元模型,计算出主轴承滚子载荷分布,通过主轴承滚子切片数值方法验证了该计算方法的准确性。将受载最大弹簧单独还原成实体滚子模型,研究不同修型方式对滚子滚道接触应力、滚道次表面应力和硬化层深度的影响规律。结果表明:对数修型方式滚子滚道接触应力效果最佳;对数修型次表面应力最小,全凸修型硬化层深度最小。In this article,in order to improve the computational efficiency and solve the problem of non-convergence,a finite-element method of calculating the contact performance is proposed,with the spring in place of the roller,according to the structural characteristics of the shield machine’s main bearing.The finite-element model is set up for the shield machine’s main bearing,while the roller is taken place by the entire spring;the load distribution of the main bearing’s roller is calculated.It is verified that the calculation method is accurate by the numerical method of the main bearing’s roller slice.The maximum load spring is restored to a solid roller model;efforts are made to explore the influence of different modification methods on the contact stress and the sub-surface stress exerted on the roller-raceway,as well as the depth of the hardened layer.The results show that thanks to the logarithmic modification method,the contact stress exerted on the roller-raceway is desirable,and the sub-surface stress is the smallest;by means of the full-convex modification method,the depth of the hardened layer is the smallest.
