摘 要:文中建立了一种考虑不同钻孔深度下受排屑力影响的钻削力解析模型。将麻花钻的切削刃与横刃分为多个元素,通过对钻头几何分析,依据斜交切削理论建立随不同切削半径的下刀倾角与剪切角的关系式;配合测量不同钻孔深度下的切削比,将排屑力影响加入正交切削理论中计算不同加工参数下各元素钻削时剪切面的切应变、切应变率,代入材料构成方程式计算各元素剪切面上的切应力;再结合刀尖犁切效应依斜交切削理论求得3轴向6个比切削系数,以数值积分方式计算钻削时扭力及轴向推力。最后,采用6061-T6铝合金进行干式钻孔及扩孔试验,收集不同钻孔深度切屑量并计算排屑力,经试验验证该模型在不同加工条件下具有良好的准确性。In this article,an analytical model of the drilling force is set up with the effect of the chip removal force at different drilling depths taken into consideration.The twist drill’s cutting lip and chisel edge are divided into several elements.By analyzing the drill bit’s geometry,the relationship between the cutter inclination angle and the shear angle with different cutting radius is identified according to the oblique cutting theory.While the cutting ratio at different drilling depths is measured,the effect of the chip removal force is added to the orthogonal cutting theory,in order to calculate the shear strain and the shear strain rate of each element in the process of drilling with different machining parameters;then,the material composition equation is substituted to calculate the shear stress of each element.Next,in combination with the tip ploughing effect,six specific cutting coefficients in three axes are worked out with the help of the oblique cutting theory;the torsion force and the axial thrust force are calculated through the numerical integration method.Finally,dry drilling and reaming experiments are carried out with the 6061-T6 aluminum alloy,so as to collect the chip amount at different drilling depths and calculate the chip removal force.The results show that the model has good accuracy under different machining conditions.
