摘 要:为探究油液流经多路阀流道所产生压力损失的主要因素,文中基于Fluent建立三维数值求解模型,并结合试验设计(DOE)方法,以截面纵横比、流道弯曲半径和圆角半径3个结构参数为设计变量,以压力损失为目标函数,基于响应面法进行压力损失的分析。应用遗传算法完成流道结构的优化设计,结果表明:当截面纵横比为0.97,流道弯曲半径为302 mm,圆角半径为3 mm时,压力损失最小,与优化前相比,其压力损失减小了24.17%,提高了能源利用率。该方法相较于多路阀流道传统优化设计方法节约了大量的时间及资金,且对更为复杂的优化设计提供了一定的参考依据。In this article,in order to explore the main factors of pressure loss when oil flows through multi-directional valve flow channels,a three-dimensional numerical solution model is set up based on Fluent;in combination with the Design of Experiments(DOE)method,three structural parameters,namely sectional aspect ratio,channel bending radius,and fillet,are used as the design variables,and pressure loss is taken as the objective function.The response surface method is used to analyze pressure loss.The channel structure is optimized by means of the genetic algorithm.The results show that when the sectional aspect ratio is 0.97,the channel bending radius is 302 mm,and the fillet radius is 3 mm,pressure loss is minimized,which has reduced by 24.17%,compared with that before optimization,thus enhancing the rate of energy utilization rate.This method,compared with the traditional optimization design of multi-directional valve flow channels,saves a lot of time and cost,and provides reference basis for more complex optimization design.
