摘　　要：在石油化工物资采购供应实践中,往往存在部分产品“合格不好用”的现象,主要有三方面原因:(1)对当前产品质量性能有了更高追求,需要更好用的产品;(2)在质量评判的依据方面存在标准缺失,不能甄别什么样的产品才是“好用的产品”;(3)对获得“合格又好用的产品”缺少科学的解决方案。本文提出了一套创新的物资采购质量量化分级评价模型,介绍了量化分级评价标准体系的构建及其在石化行业的应用效果,探讨了解决“合格不好用”问题的实现路径。In the practice of the procurement and supply of petrochemical materials,there is often a phenomenon that some products are qualified but do not work very well.It mainly dues to three reasons:firstly,there are higher needs for product quality and performance,and products with better performance are needed;Secondly,there is a lack of standards for quality evaluation,so it cannot distinguish what kind of product is a"good product";Thirdly,there is a lack of scientific solutions for products that are qualified but do not work well.The paper proposes an innovative quantitative grading evaluation model for the quality of procured materials,introduces the construction of a quantitative grading evaluation standards system and its application effect in the petrochemical industry,and explores the implementation path to solve the above-mentioned problem.
