摘　　要：中国共产党第一代领导人在进京执政前提出了“进京赶考”这一论断并形成“赶考”精神,给党留下了宝贵的精神资源。党的十九届四中全会提出要建立不忘初心、牢记使命的制度,在此契机下,中国共产党要发掘和弘扬“赶考”精神,廓清它对“不忘初心、牢记使命”制度的逻辑脉络,探碛“赶考”精神赋能“不忘初心、牢记使命”制度建构的可行路径,并在制度建构的关键节点进行深度思考,推动新时代党的建设高质量发展。The first generation leaders of the Communist Party of China put forward the judgment of“entering Beijing to rush for the examination”and formed the spirit of“rushing for the examination”before coming to Beijing to take office,leaving precious spiritual resources for the party.The fourth plenary session of the party’s 19 offered to build system of don’t forget to keep in mind that the mission of his mind,under the opportunity,to excavate and carry forward the spirit of“descend”of the communist party of China,the paper dissects its system of“don’t forget the beginner’s mind,keep in mind that the mission”the logic of the context,ground moraine“descend”spirit fu can“do not forget to beginner’s mind,keep in mind that the mission”the feasible path of system construction,At the key point of system construction,we should think deeply and promote the high-quality development of party construction in the new era.
