河北省农业对外投资现状及对策研究——基于28家典型企业的调查

摘　　要：农业作为中国经济的基础产业,对于保障国家粮食安全、促进农村经济发展和农民增收具有重要意义。随着中国经济的快速发展和全球化的推进,河北省作为中国重要的农业大省,拥有丰富的农业资源和众多的农业企业,其农业对外投资的问题备受关注。在当前全球经济背景下,河北省农业对外投资是河北省推动农业现代化、提升竞争力和拓展国际市场的重要途径。本文以河北省农业企业对外投资为研究对象,通过对28家企业的连续10年的调研数据进行深入分析,通过对投资背景和现状的梳理,了解和分析河北省农业在对外投资过程中所面临的问题和挑战,找到解决问题的有效途径,提出针对性的对策和建议,为河北省农业企业的可持续发展提供有益的参考和指导。As an important basic industry of China’s economy,agriculture is of great significance in ensuring national food security,promoting rural economic development and increasing farmers’income.With the rapid development of China’s economy and the advancement of globalization,Hebei Province,as an important agricultural province in China,has abundant agricultural resources and numerous agricultural enterprises.Its agricultural foreign investment issues have attracted much attention.In the current global economic context,agricultural foreign investment in Hebei Province is an important way for the province to promote agricultural modernization,enhance competitiveness and expand international markets.The author takes the foreign investment of agricultural enterprises in Hebei Province as the research object,conducts an in-depth analysis on 28 enterprises’continuous ten years of survey data,and through combing the background and current situation of investment to understand and analyze the problems and challenges faced by agriculture in Hebei Province during its foreign investment process.It aims to find effective ways to solve these problems and propose targeted countermeasures and suggestions,providing useful reference and guidance for the sustainable development of agricultural enterprises in Hebei Province.
