摘　　要：“十三五”以来,在国家新型城镇化发展背景下,我国城市轨道交通线网不断加密,体系日益复杂。进入“十四五”中后期,随着运营里程突破1万km,我国城市轨道交通转入高质量发展时期,经营管理面临全新挑战。在现行政策条件和发展模式下,城市轨道交通企业如何通过增强自我造血能力、提高自我经营能力,进而提高城市轨道交通的经济财务、生态环境、资源技术、社会客流等多方面的可持续性成为首要课题。Since the 13th Five⁃Year Plan,against the background of national new urbanization development,China URT(urban rail tran⁃sit)network has been continuously densifying,and the system grows increasingly complex.Entering the mid⁃to⁃late period of the 14th Five⁃Year Plan,with the operation mileage exceeding 10000 km,China URT is transitioning into high⁃quality development pe⁃riod,facing new challenges in operation and management.With the current policy conditions and development mode,how URT en⁃terprises can enhance their self⁃sustaining capabilities and improve their self⁃management abilities,thereby increasing the sustainabili⁃ty of URT in terms of economic and financial aspects,ecological environment,resource technology,and social passenger flow,have become the primary issue.
