摘 要:[目的]采用装配式技术建造地铁车站的工程项目越来越多,需针对性研究该类工程项目的施工质量控制关键技术。[方法]以无锡地铁S1线首创的装配叠合整体式体系建设技术为例,分析了该体系下地下车站建造施工难点,介绍了关键节点施工质量控制的关键技术。[结果及结论]装配叠合整体式地下车站建造施工难点是:预留连接件及构件生产精度控制,拼装精度控制,新旧混凝土叠合层连接质量控制。相应的施工质量控制技术为:采用定型卡具及定型钢模具,有效解决各预制构件之间有效连接问题;采用自研装配式成套机械,有效解决大型预制构件起吊、翻身、移位安放、精准微调及临时固定等问题;构件叠合面采用水洗面有效控制连接面粗糙度,叠合层采用高性能混凝土材料有效减少混凝土开裂及结构渗漏水问题。[Objective]With the increasing adoption of pre⁃fabrication technology in metro station construction,it is essen⁃tial to study the key technologies for controlling construction quality in such projects.[Method]Using the innovative pre⁃fabricated composite system construction technology from Wuxi Metro Line S1 as example,the construction challenges of building underground stations with this system is analyzed,and the key technologies for controlling construction quality at criti⁃cal nodes are introduced.[Result&Conclusion]The primary construction challenges in prefabricated composite underground stations include controlling the accuracy of reserved connection points and component production,ensuring precise assembly,and maintaining the connection quality between new and exist⁃ing concrete composite layers.Corresponding construction quality control technologies include:utilizing standardized fix⁃tures and steel models to effectively solve the issue of connect⁃ing prefabricated components;employing self⁃developed pre⁃fabrication machinery to address challenges related to hoisting,turning,repositioning,precise adjustment,and temporary fixa⁃tion of large prefabricated components;and applying a water⁃washed finish to the component composite surface for effective⁃ly controlling connection surface roughness,using high⁃per⁃formance concrete materials in the composite layer to minimize concrete cracking and structural water leakage.
