摘　　要：[目的]围绕无锡地铁智能运维建设总体规划,结合AFC(自动售检票)系统设备分布区域广、维护时效要求高、网络化程度高等特点,提出AFC智能运维系统建设策略及必要性。[方法]简要论述了AFC智能运维的概念以及行业发展情况,着重分析了传统运维模式下AFC系统的运维痛点以及相应问题应对思路,结合专业特性梳理了AFC专业开展智能运维研究的优势。结合无锡地铁AFC智能运维实践经验,介绍了AFC智能运维系统的功能,提出了AFC智能运维管理优化措施。[结果及结论]AFC智能运维应针对城市轨道交通自动售检票系统的运维痛点,运用大数据建模分析技术,对设备、部件运维过程中产生的大量数据进行挖掘分析,通过创新运维管理策略,实现AFC系统运维“降本、提质、增效”的总目标。[Objective]Focusing on the overall planning of Wuxi Metro intelligent OM(operation and maintenance)con⁃struction,and considering the characteristics of AFC(automat⁃ic fare collection)system such as widespread equipment distri⁃bution,high maintenance timeliness requirements,and high network integration,the strategy and necessity of building an AFC intelligent OM system is proposed.[Method]The con⁃cept of AFC intelligent OM and its industry development situa⁃tion are briefly discussed.The pain points of the AFC system conventional OM mode and corresponding problem⁃solving ap⁃proaches are analyzed.The advantages of conducting intelligent OM research for AFC based on its professional characteristics are sorted.Drawing on Wuxi Metro practical experience in AFC intelligent OM,the functions of AFC intelligent OM sys⁃tem are introduced,and optimization measures for AFC intelli⁃gent OM management are proposed.[Result&Conclusion]The AFC intelligent OM system should address the pain points of urban rail transit AFC system OM by utilizing big data mod⁃eling and analysis technology.By mining and analyzing the large amounts of data generated during OM process of equip⁃ment and components,innovative OM management strategies can be implemented to achieve the overall goals of cost reduc⁃tion,quality improvement,and efficiency enhancement in AFC system OM.
