摘　　要：[目的]S1线开通后将接入无锡地铁线网,S1线票务清分将全权交无锡地铁处理,这使得无锡地铁票务清分体系面临一系列挑战。为了有效应对相关挑战,无锡地铁提出了新的票务清分融合管理模式。[方法]介绍了新的票务清分融合管理模式中收益审核管理、票卡管理、票务服务互等和数据互融等4个管理要素的核心内容;介绍了票务清分互联互通的具体办法;分析了新模式存在的潜在风险。[结果及结论]无锡地铁新的票务清分融合管理模式能够有效应对S1线接入后所面临的多线票务清分挑战,提高票务清分效率。[Objective]With the launching of Line S1 and its access to Wuxi Metro network,the responsibility for Line S1 ticketing clearing will be fully managed by Wuxi Metro,which presents a series of challenges for Wuxi Metro ticketing clear⁃ing system.To effectively address relevant challenges,Wuxi Metro proposes a new integrated ticketing clearing management model.[Method]The core components of the new integrated ticketing clearing management model,including revenue audit management,ticket card management,ticketing service reci⁃procity,and data integration are introduced.The specific meth⁃ods for ensuring interoperation in ticketing clearing are outlined and potential risks associated with the new model are analyzed.[Result&Conclusion]The new integrated ticketing clearing management model for Wuxi Metro effectively addresses the multi⁃line ticketing clearing challenges posed by Line S1 ac⁃cess,significantly improving the efficiency of ticketing clear⁃ing.
