摘 要:[目的]列车牵引用电约占城市轨道交通总用电量的50%,再生制动能量吸收利用是降低运营能耗的重要途径,因此需针对性研究牵引变电所再生制动能量吸收装置设置方案。[方法]以无锡地铁6号线为例,采用模拟仿真分析方法,分析了在牵引变电所设置再生制动能量吸收装置的必要性;综合比较了各种再生制动能量吸收装置的技术经济性;建议无锡地铁6号线采用逆变回馈型中的双向变流器型再生制动能量吸收装置,并分析了各种设置方案的综合经济性。[结果及结论]建议无锡地铁6号线采用在正线部分牵引变电所设置双向变流器型再生制动能量吸收装置的方案。该方案的投资回收期短,设备维护少,相比较而言更加具有优势。对该方案进行优化调整后,使再生制动能量吸收装置能够兼顾设置在两段交流母线上,可使再生制动能量吸收效果更优。[Objective]Train traction power consumption ac⁃counts for approximately 50%of the total energy usage in ur⁃ban rail transit.The absorption and utilization of regenerative braking energy is a crucial method for reducing operational en⁃ergy consumption,necessitating targeted research on the setup plan for regenerative braking energy absorption devices in trac⁃tion substations.[Method]Using Wuxi Metro Line 6 as study case,a simulation analysis method is employed to assess the necessity of installing regenerative braking energy absorption devices in traction substations.A comprehensive comparison of the technical and economic aspects of various regenerative bra⁃king energy absorption devices is conducted.It is recommen⁃ded that Wuxi Metro Line 6 adopt a bidirectional converter type regenerative braking energy absorption device within the invert⁃er feedback category,and the overall economic feasibility of different setup plans are analyzed.[Result&Conclusion]It is recommended that Wuxi Metro Line 6 implement the plan to install bidirectional converter type regenerative braking energy absorption devices in traction substations along the main line.This plan offers a short investment payback period,minimal e⁃quipment maintenance,and overall superior advantages.After optimizing the plan,it is suggested that the regenerative bra⁃king energy absorption devices be configured to accommodate installation on two AC bus sections,thereby enhancing the ef⁃fectiveness of regenerative energy absorption.
