摘 要:[目的]车载高压电器箱是列车关键设备之一,由于其高度集成和结构紧凑,导致内部金属器具表面电场较为集中,可能产生电晕甚至击穿,严重威胁列车的安全稳定运行,需对车载高压电器箱电气安全性进行研究。[方法]基于某型列车车载高压箱结构,构建了高压箱仿真分析模型,分析了正常情况下和过电压情况下高压箱内部电势及电场分布情况。[结果及结论]列车车载高压箱内部电场强度较大的区域主要集中在断路器接线端口及进线端口处,通过优化处理高压箱内部结构后,正常工况下高压箱内最大电场强度为8.9 kV/cm,降低了42.6%。研究成果可为列车车载高压箱电气结构设计提供参考依据。[Objective]The on⁃board high⁃voltage electrical cabinet is one of the critical components of a train.Due to its high integration and compact structure,the electric field on the surface of internal metal appliances becomes relatively concen⁃trated,potentially causing corona discharge or even break⁃down,which severely threatens train safe and stable operation.Therefore,it is necessary to study the electrical safety of on⁃board high⁃voltage electrical cabinets.[Method]Based on the structure of a certain type of train on⁃board high⁃voltage cabi⁃net,a simulation analysis model of high⁃voltage cabinet is con⁃structed to analyze the internal potential and electric field distri⁃bution under normal and overvoltage conditions.[Result&Conclusion]The areas with the highest electric field intensity inside train on⁃board high⁃voltage cabinet are mainly concen⁃trated at the circuit breaker connection ports and input ports.After optimizing the internal structure of the high⁃voltage cabi⁃net,the maximum electric field intensity under normal working conditions is reduced to 8.9 kV/cm,a decrease of 42.6%.The research findings can provide a reference for the electrical structure design of on⁃board high⁃voltage cabinets in trains.
