摘  要:[目的]通过建立城市轨道交通和市域铁路共线运营优化模型,寻求能够同时兼顾企业运营成本和乘客出行成本的较为理想的共线运营方案,为企业决策者确定共线运营方案时提供参考。[方法]以无锡地铁1号线和无锡市域铁路S1线为研究实例,建立共线运营优化模型。介绍了模型构建背景,以及模型中各个参数的含义和计算公式。以乘客出行时间成本最低和企业运营成本最低为目标函数,以高峰小时OD(起讫点)客流数据作为输入条件,采用带精英策略的快速非支配排序遗传算法进行模型求解,得出共线运营列车开行方案。[结果及结论]以研究案例初期早高峰客流数据作为输入条件,可求得列车开行方案的解集;展示了不同开行方案所对应的运营成本和乘客出行成本,企业决策者可通过权衡运营成本与服务水平选择合适的运营方案。[Objective]By establishing an optimization mod⁃el for urban rail transit and city railway co⁃line operation,an optimal plan that balances both enterprise operational costs and passenger travel costs is studied,providing a reference for deci⁃sion⁃makers in determining the co⁃line operation scheme.[Method]Taking Wuxi Metro Line 1 and Wuxi City Railway Line S1 as study case,an optimization model for co⁃line opera⁃tion is established.The background of the model construction,as well as the meaning and calculation formulas of each param⁃eter within the model,are introduced.The objective functions are set to minimize passenger travel time costs and the enter⁃prise operational costs.With peak hour OD(origin⁃destina⁃tion)passenger flow data as input conditions,the model is solved using the fast non⁃dominated sorting genetic algorithm with an elite strategy to derive train operation scheme for co⁃line operation.[Result&Conclusion]Using early peak hour passenger flow data from the study case as input,a set of train operation schemes can be obtained.The operational costs and passenger travel costs corresponding to different operation schemes are displayed.Decision⁃makers can choose a suitable operation scheme by weighing the operational costs against service level.
