摘 要:[目的]屏蔽门与轨道之间存在电位差,屏蔽门与走行轨之间无论采用何种连接方式,都存在或屏蔽门打火放电、或乘客触电、或走行轨中大量电流经过屏蔽门泄漏等风险,因此需针对性研究列车-人体-屏蔽门绝缘设计方案。[方法]介绍了行业或国家标准中对屏蔽门绝缘、钢轨对地绝缘和杂散电流防护的相关要求;通过理论分析方式论证了列车-人体-屏蔽门之间的电位及绝缘电阻限值;在实际地铁线路上现场实测及分析了屏蔽门、列车不同位置的绝缘状态以及屏蔽门开门时车站钢轨的电位。提出了列车-人体-屏蔽门绝缘优化设计方案。[结果及结论]屏蔽门的绝缘状态直接影响钢轨电位与杂散电流的幅值大小。为保障屏蔽门系统安全运行,设计了将绝缘要求转移至列车以及屏蔽门与走行轨动态连接两种优化方案。[Objective]A potential difference exists between the screen door and the track.Regardless of the connection method used between the screen door and the running rails,there are risks such as arcing discharge from the screen door,electric shock to passengers,or significant current leakage through the screen door into the running rails.Therefore,it is necessary to study the insulation design scheme for train⁃human body⁃screen door.[Method]Relevant industry and national standards regarding screen door insulation,rail⁃to⁃ground insu⁃lation,and stray current protection are introduced.Through theoretical analysis,the potential differences and insulation re⁃sistance limits between the train,human body,and screen door are validated.Field measurements are conducted on an actual metro line to investigate the insulation status of different loca⁃tions on the screen door and train,as well as the potential of station rails when the screen door is open.An insulation design optimization scheme for train⁃human body⁃screen door is pro⁃posed.[Result&Conclusion]The insulation status of the screen door directly affects the rail potential and the magnitude of stray currents.To ensure the safe operation of the platform screen door system,two optimization schemes are proposed,including transferring insulation requirements to the train and dynamically connecting the screen door to the running rails.
