基于LCU(逻辑控制单元)的列车控制关键回路故障诊断及故障定位方法

摘　　要：[目的]地铁列车控制系统中部分硬线回路通过跨接线贯穿整列列车,比如紧急制动和常用制动等控制回路。而列车控制回路中一旦出现断点,现有的网络诊断无法精确定位故障。因此提出了基于LCU(逻辑控制单元)的列车控制回路故障诊断及故障定位方法。[方法]介绍了基于LCU列车控制回路改造方案;梳理出了9条列车控制关键回路,确定了与关键回路相对应的54条故障信息;提出了故障诊断标准和故障定位方法。以常用制动不缓解故障为例,介绍了该故障的诊断和定位的实现方式。[结果及结论]基于LCU对列车控制回路继电器进行了升级改造,设置了列车控制回路分段监测点,该方法可实现更为准确的逻辑诊断及更为细化的故障定位,可缩短维修人员的故障排查时间30%以上。[Objective]In metro train control systems,cer⁃tain hard⁃wired circuits,such as emergency braking and regular braking control circuits,run through the entire train via jumper wires.When a breakpoint occurs in the train control circuit,existing network diagnosis cannot accurately locate the fault.Therefore,a fault diagnosis and locating method for train con⁃trol circuits based on LCU(logical control unit)is proposed.[Method]A transformation plan of train control circuits based on LCU is introduced.Nine key train control circuits and 54 corresponding fault information points are identified.Fault di⁃agnosis standards and locating methods are proposed.Using the example of a regular braking non⁃release failure,the imple⁃mentation of fault diagnosis and locating is explained.[Result&Conclusion]The LCU⁃based transformation of train control circuit relays involves setting up segmented monitoring points for train control circuits.This method enables more accurate logic diagnostics and more detailed fault locating,reducing the fault investigation time for maintenance personnel by over 30%.
