摘 要:为提高天然气产量,降低气井故障率,节省人工作业时间,开展了气井智能化管控技术研究。根据气井积液、水合物冻堵判定机理公式法,经验法及大数据建模分析法建立气井异常工况的判定规则,并搭建气井智能工况诊断及维护平台(简称平台),实现对气井的实时监测、报警、工况诊断、产能预测及智能维护,提高气井开井率及产气量。应用平台对川渝X气田数据异常报警、工况诊断、实现功能中措施有效率等进行测试50井次,符合率均为100%;对实现功能中产能预测进行测试10井次,对比实际数据,趋势符合率范围在83%~97%之间。应用结果验证了平台在油田数据处理和分析中的有效性和可行性,提高了增产效益,节省了人工及药剂成本。通过平台应用,提供了科学合理的分析数据,实现了气井智能化维护,提高了气井产气量,为气井全面数字化应用推广奠定了基础。In order to increase natural gas production,reduce the failure rate of gas wells,and save manual operation time,research on intelligent control technology for gas wells has been carried out.Based on the mechanism formula for determining liquid accumulation and freezing blockage in gas wells,empirical methods and big data modeling analysis methods,the rules for determining abnormal working conditions have been established in gas wells,and an intelligent working condition diagnosis and maintenance platform(hereinafter referred to as the platform)has been built,so as to achieve real-time monitoring,alarm,working condition diagnosis,production prediction,and intelligent maintenance of gas wells,and to improve the gas well working rate and gas production.The platform has been applied for 50 well tests in the Sichuan-ChongqingXGas Field,including abnormal data alarms,condition diagnosis,and the effectiveness of measures,in the implementation of function with a compliance rate of 100%.The 10 well tests on the production prediction have been conducted in the implementation of function,and the trend conformity rate ranged from 83%to 97%through the comparison with the actual data.The application results have validated the effectiveness and feasibility of the platform in oilfield data processing and analysis,improving the production efficieney,and saving the labor and chemical costs.The application of the platform has provided scientific and reasonable data analysis,realized intelligent maintenance,improved gas production of gas wells,and laid the foundation for the comprehensive application and promotion of digital gas wells.
