摘 要:等孔径射孔器在偏靠条件下能够在套管上形成基本一致的射孔孔眼,在页岩油藏水平井射孔中广泛应用,为了全面掌握典型等孔径射孔器产品形成的射孔孔道特点,进行了地面混凝土靶、页岩靶模拟射孔试验。等孔径射孔器在偏靠条件下套管穿孔孔径为10.2~11.6mm,相对标准偏差在1.7%~5.4%之间;零间隙方向穿孔深度大,大间隙方向穿孔深度最小,平均穿孔深度为586~835mm,相对标准偏差为6.2%~22.2%;同一地面混凝土靶射孔试验中单个孔眼穿孔孔径、穿孔深度极小值分别为极大值的88.9%、53.0%,穿孔深度波动更大;地面条件下页岩靶总穿孔深度在300mm左右,110℃、80MPa条件下穿孔孔径、穿孔深度分别降低11%、18%;地面条件下页岩靶总穿孔深度为混凝土靶穿孔深度的48%。等孔径射孔器在偏靠条件下能够在套管上产生一致性较好的穿孔孔径,受间隙影响各相位间穿孔深度波动明显,受产品稳定性影响部分穿孔孔径、穿孔深度数据偏离,导致部分产品生产射孔孔道空间分布存在弱点。The characteristic of the perforator with equal aperture has been widely used in horizontal wells to form basically same-sized perforation holes on casing under eccentric conditions in shale oil reservoirs.In order to completely understand thecharacteristics of perforation holes formed by typical perforator with equal aperture,the simulation perforation tests were conducted on concrete and shale as targets.Under the condition of eccentric placement,the perforation diameter on the casing ranged from 10.2mm to 11.6mm,with a relative standard deviation of 1.7%to 5.4%.Perforation depth was large in the zero gap direction,while the perforation depth in the large gap direction was the smallest,with an average perforation depth ranging from 586mm to 835mm,and a relative standard deviation of 6.2%to 22.2%.In the same ground concrete target perforation test,the minimum values for individual hole diameters and perforation depths were 88.9%and 53.0%respectively of the maximum values,with greater fluctuation in perforation depth.Under ground conditions,the total perforation depth on shale targets was approximately 300mm,and the perforation diameter and depth decreased by 11%and 18%respectively under conditions of 110℃and 80MPa.The total perforation depth in shale targets under ground conditions was 48%of the perforation depth in concrete targets.Under eccentricconditions,perforators with equal aperture can make relatively consistent holes on the casing.However,the perforation depth varies significantly at different directions due to the influence of gaps,and some variations in perforation diameter and depth are deviated by product stability performance,resulting in weakness in the spatial distribution of perforation channels produced by some products.
