摘 要:针对四川盆地页岩油井井筒结蜡严重、井口油压和产量下降的问题,以A井基础数据和生产数据为依据,利用OLGA软件开展了多相流结蜡特性研究。结果显示,结蜡位置在井筒700m以上,随着生产时间增加,蜡沉积厚度增加但最大结蜡点没有变化;在含水率大于0.35时,蜡沉积厚度随着含水率的增加而减小;气液比增加,蜡沉积厚度减小且结蜡位置有小范围的变化。此研究可以为解决页岩油井开采过程中的结蜡问题提供参考,为提高开采效益提供了理论依据。Due to severe wax deposition in shale oil wellbore of the Sichuan Basin,as well as the decrease in tubing pressure at wellhead and production,a study on the characteristics of wax deposition in multi-phase flow was conducted by means of OLGA software based on the basic and production data of Well A.The research results showed that the wax deposition location was above 700m in the wellbore.As the production time increased,the wax deposition thickness increased,but the maximum wax deposition point did not change.When the water cut is greater than 0.35,the wax thickness decreases with the increase of water cut.With the increase of the gas-liquid ratio,the thickness of wax deposition decreases,and there is a small range of changes in the location of wax deposition.The study can provide a reference to solve the problem of wax deposition in developing the shale oil wells,and give a theoretical basis for improving the development efficiency.
