摘　　要：DA104H井是一口深层页岩气井,地质资料和施工经验匮乏,自流井组地层井壁失稳、嘉陵江组一龙潭组地层气测活跃、精确入靶难和井控风险大等问题突出,安全高效钻完井施工难度大。通过优选钻头、优化钻具组合和施工参数、制订钻井液技术方案和固井技术措施,提高了大尺寸井眼钻速。有效解决了井壁失稳问题。保证了储层钻遇率,实现了DA104H井安全高效施工、完钻井深6789m、水平段长2027m、钻井周期56.71d。其中四开旋导施工最后一趟钻进尺2854m,创垂深4000m以上深层页岩气井单趟钻施工最高纪录和钻井周期最短纪录,并创出11项浙江油田大安区块新指标,为深层页岩气高效施工提供了技术支持,值得在川渝深层页岩气区块推广应用。Well DA104H is a deep shale gas well with limited geological data and operation experience.Many problems including the wellbore instability in the Ziliujing formation,active gas logging in the Jialingjiang-Longtan formation,difficulty in precise targeting and high risk of well control are prominent,which make safe and efficient drilling and well completion difficult.By optimizing drill bits and BHA as well as drilling parameters,developing drilling fluid technology and cementing measures,the drilling rate in large-sized boreholes has been improved,and the problem of wellbore instability has been effectively solved,so as to ensure the drilling rate into payzone,and achieve the safe and efficient operation in Well DA104H with the drilling depth of 6789m,horizontal section length of 2027m and drilling cycle of 56.71 days.Among them,the last drilling depth was 2854m in 4th drilling rotary steering operation,setting a record for the highest one-run drilling trips and the shortest drilling cycle for deep shale gas wells,with a vertical depth of over 4000m.It also created 11 new indicators in the Da'an Block of Zhejiang Oilfield,providing technical support for efficient operation of deep shale gas reservoir,and worthy of promotion and application in the Sichuan-Chongqing deep shale gas area.
