摘 要:大庆川渝探区作为大庆油田近年来的重点勘探开发区块,具有良好的市场前景。随着勘探开发的不断推进,钻井施工难点问题逐步凸显。了解和掌握钻井施工难点与关键技术,对进一步推进大庆川渝探区钻井技术发展和钻井设计优化具有重要意义。其中仪陇—平昌勘探项目平页X井组的钻探目的是进一步评价落实平页X井区凉高山组湖相页岩品质及其含油气性,因其属于非常规油气藏,实际钻井施工中井漏和气侵是主要的钻井难点,严重影响着钻井安全和施工效率。为此,开展针对性的钻井设计优化研究,采用封固整个低压层的方法,避免三开低压层漏失风险,将技术套管下入垂深由2600m左右调整至3000m左右;通过近平衡钻井降低实钻钻井液密度至1.65~1.70g/cm^(3)之间,降低排量至26~29L/s之间,起到降低钻井液当量循环密度的效果;并通过防漏堵漏技术及气侵处理技术,使漏失及气侵情况得到较好控制,为进一步优化大庆川渝探区钻井设计、保障钻井施工安全和提升钻井速度提供有力的技术支撑。As a key exploration and development block of Daqing Oilfield in recent years,the Sichuan-Chongqing exploration area has good market prospects.With the continuous exploration and development,the difficulties in drilling engineering have gradually become prominent.Understanding the difficulties and key technologies in drilling operation is of great significance for promoting the drilling technology and optimizing drilling design in Sichuan-Chongqing exploration area.Among which,the drilling purpose of the Pingye X well group in the Yilong-Pingchang exploration project is to further evaluate and understand the shale quality and oil and gas content properties in lacustrine shale of Lianggaoshan Formation of Pingye X well area,which belongs to unconventional oil and gas reservoirs.The drilling fluid leakage and gas invasion are the main difficulties in actual drilling operation,seriously affecting the drilling safety and operation efficiency.Therefore,the optimization research on drilling design was carried out,plugging all the low-pressure formations to avoid the risk of leakage in low-pressure layer after running the protective casing drilling operation.The vertical depth of protective casing has been adjusted from around 2600m to 3000m.By using near balanced drilling,the density of the drilling fluid is reduced from 1.65g/cm^(3) to 1.70g/cm^(3),and the flow displacement is reduced to between 26L/s and 29L/s,which lowered the equivalent circulation density of the drilling fluid.By adopting leak prevention and plugging technology as well as gas invasion treatment technology,the leakage and gas invasion situation have been well controlled,which provided a strong technical support for further optimizing drilling design,ensuring drilling safety,and improving drilling rate in the Sichuan-Chongqing exploration area of Daqing Oilfield.
