摘  要:古龙页岩油储层具有成熟度低、渗透率低等特点,采用大平台立体交叉长水平段开发方式成为提高页岩油开发效率和综合效益的有效手段。由于大偏移距欠位移水平井偏移距大、欠位移、水平段长等原因容易导致钻井摩阻扭矩大、井壁坍塌、井眼清洁和水平段钻井导向延伸困难以及固井质量难以保证等问题,开展了古龙页岩油大偏移距欠位移水平井钻井设计与实践研究。本文通过对GY3-X-X井井身结构、“双二维+勺型井”井眼轨道、“一趟钻”钻具组合、钻井液性能以及韧性水泥浆固井技术等进行优化设计,实现了GY3-X-X井451m偏移距、86m垂直靶前距、2550m长水平段水平井安全快速钻井,有效解决了页岩油大偏移距欠位移水平井钻井技术难题。The Gulong shale oil reservoir has the characteristics of low maturity and low permeability,etc.The use of long horizontal section development with large platform and three-dimensional cross has become an effective methods to improve the development efficiency and comprehensive benefits for shale oil reservoir.Due to many factors such as large offset distance,insufficient displacement,and long horizontal section,it is easy to cause severe problems,including high drilling friction torque,wellbore collapse,difficulty in wellbore cleaning,horizontal section drilling guidance or extension,ensuring the cementing quality in large offset and insufficient displacement horizontal wells.Therefore,the research has been conducted on the design and practice of drilling horizontal wells with large offset and insufficient displacement in Gulong shale oil reservoir.This article optimizes the casing program of GY3-X-X well,the trajectory of“dual two-dimensional+spoon shaped well”,the BHA of“one trip drilling”,the performance of drilling fluid,and the cementing technology with tough cement slurry.The safe and rapid drilling of GY3-X-X well has been achieved 451m offset distance,86m vertical distance before target,and 2550m long horizontal section.The technology effectively solves the technical problem for drilling horizontal wells with large offset and insufficient displacement in shale oil reservoir.
